For my project today, I have used the FREE stampset  you can earn called Awesome Otters!  These cute little critters are sure to be a fan favourite with papercrafting enthusiasts. Here is my card...

  

To create this water like frame for my swimming otter, I used two different sizes of the Layering Diorama Dies and LOTS of dimensionals.  This cutie may require extra postage.  ;)
